WHO WE ARE

Everlux is a residential design and construction firm based in Washington. We offer interior design, general contracting, and integrated design-build services — so homeowners can hire one team to guide a project from vision through completion, instead of stitching together separate designers, contractors, and project managers.

HOW WE WORK

Three ways to work with us.

01

Interior Design

Design-led guidance for homes being built or renovated — finishes, layouts, selections, and the cohesive direction that pulls a space together.

02

General Contracting

Construction execution for substantial remodels, additions, and new builds — managed with the organization and care a serious project deserves.

WHY EVERLUX

Built differently.

01

One coordinated team

Design, planning, and construction under one roof — so nothing gets lost between the people drawing it and the people building it.

02

Design starts on day one

Builder and designer work from the same drawings from the first meeting, so you get a home designed to be built, not redesigned halfway through.

03

An organized process

Clear steps. Clear communication. Clear decisions. We run projects the way we'd want one run for us.

04

High-touch, founder-led

You'll work directly with the people responsible for the work — not handed off to a rotating cast.

THE FOUNDERS

Amber Xin & Ben McIntyre.

Everlux is a small, founder-led firm. Ben leads construction and operations. Amber leads design. We started Everlux because we believe a home is too important to be handed off between disconnected providers — and because we wanted to build the kind of firm we'd want to hire.
